SkillTweak is a virtual coaching platform founded by Kristine Stepanovich, a former U.S. Junior National Team gymnast, coach, and judge. It gives gymnasts, parents, and coaches access to expert routine reviews, scoring, choreography, and mentoring — wherever they train.

SkillTweak supplements your gym training, it never replaces it. A second set of expert eyes — especially a judge's eyes — catches things day-to-day training can't, and validates the work you and your coach are already doing.

A virtual skill evaluation is an online assessment conducted through video submission. Coach Kristine reviews your form, technique, and overall performance, then provides detailed feedback, personalized recommendations, and guidance to help you improve — all without leaving your home gym.

Our virtual judging service provides expert evaluation of your routine against real scoring criteria — skills, dance elements, artistry, and composition — with insights and recommendations to optimize your scoring potential, plus the score your routine would likely receive in competition.

Led by Coach Kristine, mental resilience sessions focus on confidence, managing pressure, overcoming setbacks and fear, and maintaining focus in high-pressure situations — the tools athletes need when skills go backwards or a plateau won't break.

Yes, through you. Athletes 13 and older may create their own account with a parent or guardian's consent; for athletes under 13, a parent or guardian creates and manages the account on their behalf.
